Shipping Policy

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £45.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Processing Times

For in-stock items, orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

For pre-order items, order cut-off is every Sunday. We will place your order with our supplier in South Korea after the cut-off, and aim to dispatch your items within 7–14 working days.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Royal Mail Standard: 4–5 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked: 1–3 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

• Free delivery on orders over £45
• Standard delivery fee will be calculated at checkout

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, or other factors outside of our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
