FAQs

Orders & Shipping
How does pre-order work?
Some of our items are available for pre-order. Order cut-off is every Sunday, and we will place your order with our supplier in South Korea after that. We aim to dispatch your items within 7–14 working days.

If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or out of stock after purchase, a full refund will be issued.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail (UK).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free UK shipping on orders over £45.

Can I track my order?
If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. However, there are exceptional products. Please check the return policy for more detailed information.

If your original order qualified for free delivery, this will still be honoured after a refund, and no shipping fees will be deducted.

Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

What if my item is faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Products & Materials
Where are your products made?
Our pieces are carefully sourced from South Korea, where many of our designs and suppliers are based.

Some items may be manufactured in other countries as part of global production processes, but all products are quality-checked to meet our standards before being shipped to you.

What materials do you use?
We offer a mix of 925 silver, surgical steel, and brass pieces, so you can choose what suits your style and budget.

Will the jewellery tarnish?
All jewellery can naturally tarnish over time, especially brass and silver. To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid water, perfumes, and humidity, and store them in a dry place.

Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Surgical steel and 925 silver are generally more suitable for sensitive skin. Brass may not be suitable for everyone.
