Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.
As many of our pieces are sourced through pre-order, these items are non-returnable unless faulty. If a pre-order item becomes unavailable or out of stock after purchase, a full refund will be issued.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your original order qualified for free delivery, this will still be honoured after a refund, and no shipping fees will be deducted.
